Raspberry Chia Seed Jam

Ingredients:

2 cups of Frozen Raspberries Thawed
1 1/2 TBS of Chia Seeds
1 TBS Lemon Juice
1 1/2 TBS of Honey

Instructions:

Put all items except chia seeds into a blender and mix up. Stir in chia seeds and refrigerate overnight.
Serve the next morning on warm toast or bagel with some butter as base and jam on top. Enjoy!
